Same issue, please fix this problem

I've encountered the same issue. The rewards for the paid pass starting from level 36 are missing, which should include at least five levels of rewards, such as pets, card packs, and even diamonds.

Uncertain what all I’ve missed but can confirm premium rewards 20-24 haven’t come through and it doesn’t appear premium 14 did either so possibly as far back as 14-24. Free pass stuff has been fine

Same issue. Have gotten no rewards for anything in the paid pass above level 19

I figured I'd buy the pass because I'm getting back into magic, but to be hit with the fact that I'm not receiving any of the premium content is disheartening.

I just relized I'm not getting my mastery rewards. I hope I will recieve them later.

I have not received rewards of purchased mastery pass for many levels (I am only sure about some of them, at least the last 5)

No Rewards given after claiming the 5k XP from MagiCon Vegas message in Arena.

Same issue. Have gotten no rewards for anything in the paid pass above level 31. Free portion and stuff under 31 are fine.

Regarding the paid part of mastery, I didn't receive the rewards for the last twenty levels.

Like all the People here i didnt receive my mastery pass rewards and im very desapointeddddddd ¡!!!!!!!!!!!!

Only getting the free Mastery-Pass rewards, but i have unlocked the paid section.

I have not received the Cathartic Parting Exquisite Sleeve

I’ve missed multiple rewards, at 38 and just again didn’t received the 2k gold for 32. There are multiple
Tickets about this and still nothing. Seems wizards doesn’t care
