This is an priority issue and should be fixed within 2 hrs yet its been going on for over a week, get your Sh*t together guys...

with today's 5000 XP boost I'm up to level 59 and still nothing

Glad to see I'm not alone on this. Been driving me up the wall, and I can't get into contact with WotC at all about it.

This is still an issue. Just got a level that rewards 400 gems. Was going to use those gems to buy one of the standard decks in the store. I tried closing and reopening like others suggested.
Has there been some sort of acknowledgement from Wiazrds about this bug? The mastery pass is expensive and this has been a very disappointing experience.

I've noticed that this happened right after purchasing the mastery pass, I got all the rewards up until the point I bought it, then nothing afterwards, that was probably like 20 levels ago too..

This has been an issue for two weeks and customer support has been the opposite of supportive. I requested a refund and they just sent me a link to this page. No, your feature is bugged, give me my money or at least my gems back.

I'm pretty sure they'll never actually fix this and I'm just out $20. But hey, at least it's saving me from future arena purchases. I really want that liliana foundations bundle but there's just absolutely no way I'm spending a cent in that store until I get what I've already paid for.

I'm missing 3 packs from the mastery. I just hope I get them back.

I definately did not get the packs on level 39 en 41 of the mastery pass. May have not received them before, but I know for sure that I haven't gotten those 2.

Same here, I’m actually not sure that I’ve received any of my mastery rewards. At level 19 and the amount of orbs I have doesn’t add up + no gold. not sure about the mythic cards

Same here haven't been getting any mastery pass rewards for the paid pass ever since the first mastery orb, only free rewards. Am I going to get a refund, and or my rewards given to me? This is something I paid for afterall.

Still not receiving the rewards from the mastery pass. How is it so complicated to fix?

So after accumulating the rewards, I am missing not only booster packs from the mastery rewards, but also orbs and parallax art style rewards from the mastery rewards are not unlocked. Please find a way to do the checksum on the unlocks and see could be done to restore the rewards.
