Hope they sort this out soon, have mastery pass but only free rewards working for me

Same here... Missing packs Gold and mythic cards

Current count is I am missing 1 pack of Duskmourn, 400 Gems, 2 cosmetics (Vicious Clown and Oblivious Bookworm), 2 orbs and quite likely 2 random mythics (items from levels 34-38 of the PURCHASED mastery track).

same problem here, at this point I don't know if I can continue playing or if I should wait for an update.
It would be great if someone of WOTC say something about this situation...

Same issue, mastery pass is not working for me.

Same issue. Just bought the pass recently. Not receiving paid mastery rewards. I'm only on level 9 but have only received level 1 orb (not card style), 2, and 3 rewards. Everything since has not worked. No rewards received. I have double checked for card styles. I definitely don't have the orbs I should. And no packs or mythic cards either.

I'm also not receiving Mastery Pass Rewards since a while. I think it's two or three day that I'm not receiving any reward.

Kinda needs to be looked at since it's paid content.

Only the mastery pass rewards aren't being awarded. The free pass track is being given fine. It would be nice to know if we are getting the items ever..

Yes not receiving stuff even though I bought the pass. Have screen shots and no idea why I’m just being tossed in a thread instead of getting my virtual items. Why would I buy more if not getting these?

Same, missing the orb and beastie companion from level 40, did get the duskmourn pack though. About to get to level 41 and worried I won't get anymore rewards.

10/22 Edit: At level 45 with PURCHASED currency, did not get any mastery reward pass.

Same, today is the 2nd time I've noticed it since it was 2000 gold but I wonder if I've not received other rewards and didn't notice.

I have been unable to receive my Level 23 Bloomburrow pack as well as my Level 24 Mastery orb and Shroudstomper Card Style after purchasing the Mastery Pass and obtaining all past rewards before completing those two levels. I've attached my log.
