Arena is terrible at letting people know when they get individual card rewards from the mastery pass. It's best to check your collection & vault progress whenever you hit a card reward to see what you got.

Some of the rewards from the mastery track (Duskmourn) did not activate when i was supposed to receive them, i read somewhere that this was common and wizards was working on fix, but that was a while ago and i saw no updates.
I particulary remember not receiving the the Mythic card rewards on lv 59, but it's possible i missed more stuff.

Haven’t received many rewards from the duskmourn pass, most importantly the gems..

Is anyone dealing with this? It's quite annoying, that this bug was reported more than a week ago and nothing has been done yet, the poor management of Arena makes me want to leave it once and for all, despite the time and resources invested in the game

I haven't received any of the Mastery Pass rewards since somewhere between the 15th and the 20th reward (I got the draft token but not beastie companion).

I just unlocked the level of the mastery pass where the reward would have been 2000 gold, and I didn’t receive the gold.

Day 4: I reached level 24 and there is still no sign of any reward from Mastery Pass since level 19 (at least)

Day 3: There was an update today and I still haven't received my rewards

I contacted customer support about it I still have not received a response

Still no changes, gained base mastery rewards but nothing for the mastery pass, I validated files and still no changes

I did not received a few of my last rewards of the mastery pass. Coming to my mind are 2000 gold, mythic duskmourn and draft token...

I still don't receive any rewards, even though I have reached two more levels
