Mastery Pass Rewards Not Received on PC
I've seen this happening intermittently for the last week or so and I thought I had basically prevented this issue from happening again by playing for my daily rewards on my PC instead of mobile, but nope, I was playing on PC just now and I got my daily gold and XP but I did not get the Mastery Pass reward of 400 gems for leveling up to 36.
This is now at least 2,000 Gold, 2x Mythics, several boosters, a bunch of XP, and I'm sure other stuff I'm forgetting that I haven't received since I bought the Mastery pass. While it is slightly better on PC when I've logged out of my mobile/iOS clients, there are still issues even on PC.
I'm pretty disappointed as I've been hesitant to play MTG Arena for years because I thought it was less F2P friendly than something like Gwent was. I did try this out recently and I was having a lot of fun, got to Mythic rank within 2 weeks and decided I was enjoying it enough to spend money on the Mastery pass to get some more wildcards and build more decks. However, I've now spent money on a game purchase and I'm not even getting what I paid for. That's not even F2P unfriendly, just a failure to give the customer what they paid for.
The lesson here seems to be that if someone purchases the Mastery pass, they should do it the last day of the season, since it doesn't matter which client they're using, they may not get the extra paid for rewards.
I've attached my log file but I can't see anything in them that's immediately obvious as the problem, please sort this out.

I paid the 19.99 plus tax for the 3400 gems so that I could purchase the mastery pass at around level 10. I received everything for the levels prior, but I have NOT gotten any rewards since the purchase. I've already summitted a couple reports and voted on many others with the same issue. It would seem that the tech support isn't checking our issues or doing anything about it. the could at least contact us to let us now what's going on or that they are working on it. If this is how they treat their customers, then i can just go back to real Magic: The Gathering.
