"Unable to get collection" error message
The infamous "unable to get collection" error message is back, which is preventing me from accessing the main menu.
I'm unable to connect to MTGA on both iOS 18.1 and macOS 15.1
The following troubleshooting steps haven't resolved the issue:
- Restarted MTGA app
- Logged out + back in to MTGA
- Tried macOS app + Epic Games Launcher
- Tried wifi and 5G connection
- Restarted PC + mobile
- Flushed DNS

Update: I can login and play fine when I use a VPN and connect via a server in a different country (US, Japan, Netherlands... basically anything outside of Australia), so this confirms that it's an issue on the WoTC side, and is seemingly region-specific.
