I experienced this issue today. Nothing exceptional happening in the game, got a very short reconnecting message and then booted back to the draft screen with no way back into the game. Rebooting the client did not resolve the issue.

the dipshits at wizards and this website dont give a ****. they give a generic response or just dont do anything about it. i wish everyone would boycott the game for a month so these ***** would get their **** together and actually fix the game

happens to me A LOT. you can contact the support to get a refund of your event entry cost. The problem is, that you're kicked out of the game and then send back to the menu without exiting the first game. So you can start a second game that runs parallel to the ongoing game (that you are not parttaking in anymore.) You can restart your client to get back in the first game, but by then you will have lost a lot of time and probably lose... it's really really frustrating

This has happened to me twice during Tarkir: Dragonstorm premier draft games. Both times it was in the first game after the draft had concluded, and both times it was within the first 2 turns. The game freezes and then kicks me back to the draft screen with no loss. I'm able to enter a new game and play that out, but once it concludes I have an extra loss recorded. In both cases it ended my premier draft prematurely. I'm playing on Windows 11

This happens to me almost every 3 drafts/sealed I play in. SUPER frustrating, and Wizards will not tell my why, they just refund me. Why does this keep happening?!?

This happens to me pretty frequently. I didn't know at first that I was awarded a game loss because it doesn't show up until later. Because of this I haven't gotten refunded a few times. I did want to upvote this because it's pretty frustrating to do drafts and just get random game losses.

This is happening to me not only in draft but also in regular BO1 ranked games. I was refunded for then draft but still I wish this doesn’t happen as it breaks the game and wastes my and my opponent’s time.

Same thing happened to me. At the end of a close game, my opponent casts a random removal spell and suddenly I'm back at the screen showing my w/l record (3-0). No defeat screen or anything. After I won the next game, my record was 4-1. Fortunately didn't end my run but still...

Just had this happen on a foundations draft. Server issue and kicked from the game. When I went to rejoin, it started a new game with a new player. Won that new game but came back to the draft page showing 3 losses.

I got the same error twice, both times close to winning the match
