WotC recently asked the players if they thought explorer was ready to be called Pionner. It is not. Therer are not just some cards missing from the format, but many, in fact. I just ran into this issue searching for Whispers of Emrakul, thinking now would be a good time to mess around with the delirium cards. Not there.
