Bug with bandit's talent last effect
Since the last update, the bandit talent card has a bug with his last effect that trigger and will draw a card even if no player has one or fewer cards in hand
Tha's quite annoying especially in the ranked ladder

Had the same issue during a Bloomburrow quick draft.
Pretty annoying that the opponent had a extra card draw for 7 turns.
Lost the run due to it.
