Being a long time player and spender, I have a very healthy collection.

With the Foundation release, I was unable to get a bunch of cards that everyone else got for free because of "duplicate protection".

When I asked for them to be given to me, customer support wouldnt help and instead suggested I come here to complain about it.

After playing for years and spending a not insignificant amount of money on this ****** product, being punished for having a full collection to the point that I have to spend more wild cards to get things others got for free to try and finish my collection (I like filling up those little circles, they know how that affects people, thats why they added them) is not a good customer experience I am looking forward to repeating.

As an avid spender, this and the UB in standard have pushed me to finally stop spending on this game. All over a couple of wild cards they could have given me but decided not to.
