Game doesnt draw cards during start of the game, resulting in nothing happening and the timer running out untill i got a loss
Game starts normaly but when the mulligan is supposed to happen nothing was shown. Therefor the timer just ren out and it told my i had no interaction with the game and therefor i would consede resulting in a loss. and therefor a potentioal loss of bought gems..

This happened to me in Ranked Standard. Everything was exactly as you described. I conceded after a minute or two and got a loss. Log file attached.
