I was told that the issue was due to the following reasons:

Some reprinted cards from previous sets are not available in the Foundation packs.

If all cards other than these unavailable reprints are already in my collection, the game will automatically convert them into Gems.

Unfortunately, this information was not clearly stated anywhere, and as a result, I feel that I have wasted 45 packs.

To prevent other players from making the same mistake, I believe it would be beneficial to improve the display of this information. Thank you for your consideration.

Just bought 6 Foundations packs with (1200 gems) and opened them just to have 4 out of 6 packs containing (80) gems, the other 2 packs contained a mythic card and a legendary wild card.... someone please tell me i can get some sort of compensation because that's gotta be a crime lol.

update- i bought a single foundations pack a little after this to test and see if it was a bug or not, the same thing happened my rare was replaced with 20 gems. i truly hope to be reimbursed for this because what a joke lol

Same, just got a foundations pack and got "mythic gem" saying all collected but I have multiple mythics not collected from foundations,. Set tracker says complete but not.

The same its happeing to me. Since 01/01/25 I got gems instead Foundations rares, its happening with midweek magic, season end, and packs. I have reviewed my ingame profile, and it says I have completed all the rares (240 x4) for Foundations , but thats is incorrect.

Had the issue for a while. Loosing money and awards. Need it solved asap

I'm having the same issue. I still need 20 rares from Foundations but when I buy packs I get gems along with a message which says "Congratulations! You have collected all rare cards in this set."

I've a lot of rares to go still in the founations set but instead of a rare card i am getting gems when i open a booster pack.
