'Glorious End' Rules dont apply correctly
If the effect of glorious end, that loses you the game, would go on the stack, you can play glorious end again in response. But in MTG Arena this is not possible because you lose the game without the chance to interact like that.

To respond to your own spells/abilities on the stack, you need to be in full control mode.
