Allow full time use within a turn as long as they have time bank
In MTG Arena, even if they achieve an infinite loop combo, such as an Acererak, they will not win because of the time limit within one turn.
Please allow players to use unlimited time in the same turn as long as they have time bank, just like in Magic Online.

I don't think so, the time management should be revised to reduce the time extents usable.
In the case you described, a win should happen immediately without triggering the timer.
