Delney, Streetwise Lookout doesn’t double Enduring Innocence.
Delney, Streewise lookout states “if an ability of a creature you control with power 2 or less triggers, that ability triggers an additional time.” Enduring Innocence is a 2/1 Enchantment Creature. The effect of Enduring innocence is never doubled in game however.

Delney would make it trigger twice, but it cannot trigger more than once a turn. Hence you get only one trigger.
