Asking random users to enter in bugs for you is insanity
Asking everyone to go to a separate website, re-log-in, and fill in a full bug report is not customer service. If your game breaks, the burden is on you to fix it, not on me to do your QA work for you. This is ridiculous and makes me feel like this is a shoddy product.
