Fiendish Panda did not trigger after dying
I was playing a game of limited and my 3/2 Fiendish Panda (no counters) was Stabbed for -2/-2, died and went to graveyard. It did not trigger it's reanimation ability on death despite having two 2-drops in the graveyard (Hungry Ghoul and Vengeful Bloodwitch) which I would have gladly reanimated rather than lose the match :(

Ah Rezz answered this, makes sense, the -2/-2 makes it a 1/0 on death. Why did I not think of this lol.

This just happened to me when my Fiendish Panda got -4/-4. It died and I had Ajani Pridemate in the graveyard, yet it's ability did not trigger.

It died with 1 power, and with no 1-drop in the graveyard, there was no legal target for the trigger, so it got removed from the stack.
