Internet Speed Throttled
When MTGA is open, my internet speed is throttled. See the attached screenshots--- my download speed goes from ~700 Mbps to ~7, and the upload drops similarly
I just uninstalled Arena, and reinstalled both through steam, and then through the normal website, and the issue persisted. Notably, while installing the game, there's a loading screen where ~333MB and then ~9.72 GB were downloaded, and were downloaded quickly, only taking a few minutes.
Including advanced logs, or not, also has no bearing on the issue persisting or not. I made sure to delete all of the clients I use that use the logs as well to test.
This issue has persisted since mid-last-year, though I've only just now investigated it further. I thought it was just my internet being bad, but now that that's not the case, I think it has to be an issue with MTGA. Playing other games has not impacted my internet.

I have the exact same problem. Everyone says the Arena app cannot cause this drop of speed, but in my house, the same scenario happens time and time again: one kid is gaming, the other is on a videocall and the wife is streaming. Everyone is happy and I check my internet speed using fast.com, no problems at around 100Mbps. I fire up the Arena app and the speed goes drastically down to around 7Mbps. This is has happened so many times it is not a coincidence.

There's no way this game is eating 99% of your bandwidth. This isn't an issue with the game, but with your ISP.
