I wanted to purchase the planeswalker bundle so that I coud participate to the Explorer Qualifier Play-in (BO1). I tried paying with two different cards, with PayPal, NOTHING works !
It's not the first time I'm facing such issues, but it is the first time NONE of my payment method works.
It is very frustrating, and very problematic for MTGA if their payment system is that much of a failure. If nothing happens, well, MTGA will NEVER get my money again... And not even because i didn't want it to happen.
The best part is the software crashing after that
I'm expecting a solution, and some kind of compensation for all the frustration, time lost, and not having the opportunity to participate in the qualifier of my favorite format.
