Deafening Silence // Shardmage's Rescue
Deafening Silence incorrectly prohibits you from casting Shardmage's Rescue during combat, even if you haven't cast another noncreature spell that turn. Steps to reproduce:
1) opponent has a Deafening Silence and a Fear of Missing Out in play, you have a Shardmage's Rescue in hand and the mana to cast it
2) opponent plays a second Fear of Missing Out (you receive and pass priority)
3) opponent goes to declare attackers (you receive and pass priority)
4) opponent declares an attack with the existing Fear of Missing Out (you do not receive priority to cast a spell, immediately move to declare blockers)
5) opponent assigns damage (you do not receive priority to cast a spell, immediately move to damage)
6) combat ends
7) receive priority to cast a spell before moving to the end step on opponent's turn, become able to cast shardmage's rescue again.

I have also seen a similar bug during my main phase with a deafening silence I control. I only cast 3 non-creature spells the entire game, but I couldn't cast a Mox Amber that was triggered via Jodah the Unifier.
Other non-creature spells seem to work fine, and I've cast Mox Amber from my hand a few months ago.
No logs because the iOS app Generate Logs button doesn't seem to work.
