Add in a system that tracks players who salt rope opponents. Lichess has a similar system in place for this kind of behavior. The amount of Salt roping once you Wrath a board or gain the lead is insane to me, a system should be in place to discourage this behavior as it ruins everyone's play experience.

Warning for abusing timers should come first
1st offense - Timeout 5 minutes
2nd offense - Timeout 10 minutes
3rd offense - Timeout 30 minutes
4rh offense - Timeout 1 hour
5th offense - Moderator gets notified and determines based on previous games if a 24 Hr Timeout will be issued

Will add in that warnings should expire every 1 hour

Example:
Opponent salt ropes games 1 / 2 / 3 gets issued a warning opponent goes into game 4 and salt ropes again resulting in a 5 minute Timeout

Example 2:
Opponent salt ropes games 1 / 2 / 3 gets issued a warning opponent goes into game 4 doesn't rope for 1 hour or isnt active for 1 hour or a predetermined time set by WoTc warning is removed.

Example 3:
Opponent ropes games 1 / 2 /3 gets issued the warning then ropes in game 4. A 5 minutes Timeout, if behavior continues excessively it just increases as listed above.

Salt roping is ruining the game and NEEDS TO BE ADDRESSED.
