Not receiving booster packs from Aetherdrift Mastery.
Should have received a DFT pack at levels 2, and 4. None were received.
PD: I received the orb at level 5.

You didn't buy the Mastery Pass yet. Thus the lower row is locked to you. Spend 3400 gems, or 5400 for a 10 level immediate boost, to unlock those rewards.
