Decks with Cards Banned in Historic Artisan do not contribute to "Admirably Artisan" Achievement Progress
The following deck was used in Historic Ranked. After any wins the progress on the "Admirably Artisan" would not move up. I believe the issue is that the achievement is checking whether the deck is legal in Historic Artisan or not. Zenith Flare is currently not legal in that format, thus it is not contributing to any progress. Since the achievement requires winning in the regular Historic Ranked queue and not a Historic Artisan event, decks that feature cards on the Historic Artisan banned list should be allowed for the achievement progress.

When you're competing against all the busted rares/mythics in Historic, I think the "Banned in Artisan" cards should be legal for Achievement Progress.
There is also a bug that requires that you use common/uncommon printings of the cards. You cannot use any rare/mythic (usually "Special Guest") versions of any cards in your deck, even if common/uncommon versions exist on Arena.
I found this out when I wasn't getting progress after I switched out the uncommon version of Expressive Iteration for the mythic version and stopped getting progress (and started getting it again after I switched back).
Goodlife's deck has Soul-Scar Mage in it. That's never been an uncommon. That's their problem; it's not a bug.

I have also not had any progress with the deck in attachment (2 wins in historic ranked Bo1). I do not see any banned card in it, so i suppose there might be a greater issue.
