Cannot login on mobile after today’s update - 02-18-2025
Following today’s update (February 18th, 2025) I cannot log in to my account on mobile (I have an iPhone 14). I haven’t even been able to Download/Install the update.
Upon trying to open the app, I get stuck at the following screen: Unable to log in - Authentication failed for (account name): Timeout.
It then shows 3 options: Check Status - Reconnect - Log Out
The Status says everything is Normal, and I’ve tried to restart the app and my phone multiple times but to no avail.
Opened the App Store to try to update the app manually, but it doesn’t show an Update is available.
Please fix this issue, as I cannot play the game on mobile as of today. Two screenshots attached.
