kaito and sheoldred's edict
I have one creature in play, opponent has 2. He attacks, i declare no block. He ninjitsu's kaito onto the battlefield, i let it resolve so he is in play, before damage i cast sheoldred's edict choosing the opponent sacs a planeswalker. After a lengthy pause, kaito remains in play, hits me for damage and my creature is now tapped with a stun counter on it. my opponent didn't respond to the sheoldred's edict with anything. Kaito is a pain ********** to deal with without him for some reason being immune to edict effects now too. Needs looked into. It's either a bug, or my opponent cheated his butt off.

Thing is, Kaito, Bane of Nightmares is not a planeswalker during its controller's turn. His type changing ability doesn't say "in addition to its other types" or something similar, so all his types are gone and replaced with just Creature - Ninja.
