The player by the name BadManBlue runs the timer when the game isn't going his way.
Too many people run the timer instead of just conceding. Running the rope needs to get first a warning, then a one day ban, then a one week ban, then a one month ban, and finally a permaban with each successive offense.
Second there needs to be a way to report these players in the client.
