Arcane Proxy doesn't trigger other abilities
After browsing through the new achievements, I see two separate issues with the Arcane Proxy card:
Effects that cause other 'exile' triggers don't trigger when summoning Arcane Proxy (Scalesoul Gnome, Quintorius Kand, Pia Nalaar)
Card being played from graveyard are not viewed as 'copied' (as in, Copy this card, the 'Twice as Nice' achievement).

Can't say anything about point 1), but point 2) is not an issue. Copying a CARD and then casting that copy simply doesn't count toward the Twice as Nice achievement, which requires to copy SPELLS. And spells only exist on the stack. You have to copy spells on the stack to get advancements for that achievement.
