Card interaction bug with Mox Amber casting One Ring
I was playing a game of timeless arena. my opponent cast a One Ring with mana from a Mox amber. Mox amber specifically states "legendary creature or plansewalker" The one ring was taken of the top of my library with a Ragavan. not sure if that is relevent. Platform is PC. Either way this needs to be fixed imediately.

Ragavan is a legendary creature, so Mox Amber could indeed be tapped for mana. There is no restriction on what that mana can be used on.
