I'm having the same issues. I completed Tarkir:Dragonstorm a couple of weeks ago, but never received this achievement. When using the filter for collected 1x,2x and 3x, the dual lands show up as not owning four copies. However, I am unable to craft those cards and as you can see, my collections tab shows Tarkir as fully collected.

Having the same issue with TDS, 100% showing on the collection screen and no achievement proc. Going to need the achievement or a refund on the gems or that's the end of my arena career.

Same thing with Bloomburrow, unless there is something I am not understanding about the achievement... I did use some mythic wildcards to craft the last few cards. I just want to make sure I understand if there is something I did incorrectly or report a bug if there is a bug.

Same thing - just spent a half dozen wildcards to complete Guilds of Ravnica, no achievement.

I just did the same thing with the only set I was close on (Ikoria) and nothing - come on Wizards.
