Japanese version of Chandra, Torch of Defiance's first and fourth abilities are wrong.

• The last sentence of the first ability currently reads "そうしないなら、これは各対戦相手にそれぞれＸ点のダメージを与える。", which means "If you don't, Chandra deals X damage to each opponent.", although it should be "... deals 2 damage ..."

• The ability of the emblem given by Chandra's fourth ability currently reads "クリーチャー１体かプレインズウォーカー１体かプレイヤー１人を対象とする。この紋章はそれに５点のダメージを与える。", which means "Whenever you cast a spell, this emblem deals 5 damage to target creature, plainswalker, or player.", although it should be "... any target." (Note that, if the rules text says "any target", its controller may choose a battle as the target, but the current Japanese text excludes targetting a battle.)

Steps to reproduce the bug

1. Run MTG Arena under the Jaspanese Locale (Adjust Options > Graphics > Locale > 日本語 (Japanese). You may need to exit and restart the game for the change to take effect.)
2. Find the card 反逆の先導者、チャンドラ (Chandra, Torch of Defiance) in your collection (デッキ (Decks) > コレクション (Collection)).
3. Hover your mouse cursor over the found card to show it in full.
