So both would have to happen to trigger the effect. Either replace the AND with OR or just translate the exact same wording as in English and write “WANN IMMER eine Verzauberung unter deiner Kontrolle ins Spiel kommt UND WANN IMMER du einen Raum vollständig entsperrst...” So just as the English version uses “whenever” twice, the German version also uses “immer wenn” twice to make it clear that both events trigger the effect independently of each other
