Rush of Dread's mana cost is not reduced when Jet Medallion is on the battlefield
When Jet Medallion is on the battlefield and Rush of Dread is in your hand, its mana cost is correctly reduced by 1 colourless mana (i.e. the printed mana cost of 1BB is reduced to BB). However, when you cast Rush of Dread and select a mode, you're prompted to pay the full mana cost of 1BB + [mode cost].
