I cannot get my account to go online (i.e. see my friends via friends list and/or my friends see me). I have confirmed this with a friend of mine who plays MTGA who says my account always views as offline. When I try to click the button that would put my into online mode all I hear is a metallic ping and my account stays in offline mode. It seems like my account is set to permanently offline mode somehow.
I have tried repairing the game files multiple times and also tried uninstall/reinstall on both my phone and PC. I am on android and windows for both. Please help. I play Arena daily and I would like to be able to Brawl with my friends again.
