Forced game draw after lethal damage
Twice now in 2 separate games I have done lethal damage to my opponent and the game results in a draw. Clearly my opponents are using an exploit to not loose the match, this needs to be fixed and I should be given my 2 match wins and be given my platinum 1 rank. I have screen shots showing the battfield and my opponents at negative life and no cards that would allow them to live with negative life.

I also have had this same issue. I had declared attackers for a lethal attack, and before damage the draw screen came on. In the background, lethal damage was dealt (see screenshot). I have attached the game log as well.
