Champion Deck Not discounting for cards I already own
If I go to buy the preconstructed Champion Decks from the store, it's showing that it will be charging me for copies of Blooming Marsh (the Kaladesh version). I own 4 copies of Blooming Marsh from OTJ. It would be a bit less weird if it was wanting to charge me because I didn't own the current standard printing of the card, but either way, it shouldn't be charging me for a card I already own 4 copies of. This was an issue that was noted a while back with these decks, but it seems like it's still happening. I don't have a lot of confidence in buying these products if I have to go through and double check the math and county my copies to see how much it's trying to overcharge me.
If I were to buy this, can I submit a ticket for a partial refund due to being incorrectly overcharged?

And for reference, the same issue happens with the Fastlands from the Jeskai Oculus deck as well. I own the versions printed in standard, but when I go to the precon deck, the store is trying to sell me the KLD ones.
