The opponent had on their battlefield The Scarab God, Setassan Champion (exiled from my graveyard and copied), and Go-Shintai of Ancient Wars (exiled from my graveyard and copied). The opponent apparently exiled my Go-Shintai of Life’s Origin when it was still on the battlefield with Scarab God’s ability. I understand it is possible to exile a creature that enters as a copy of something that’s on the battlefield, but then for some reason, the card that appears in the exile list was the Go-Shintai of Life’s Origin. At worst, but very unlikely, there’s a bug that lets opponents “exile” and copy a card that’s still on the battlefield with Scarab God’s ability. At best, and the most likely scenario, the card in the opponents graveyard appears as the card it is copying in the exile list UI rather than itself.

Suggestion: change the UI to show the card doing the copying in the exile list, rather than the card it transforms into. Perhaps some text that says what it’s copying as well so it’s clear what the card is that was used, and what it is copying.
