Delirium trigger not activating when blocked tested on several consecutive attacks while delirium count was 5. Target for trigger was a Guardian of New Benalia.

Blocking is not atacking. Dealing damage is not attacking. Attacking is sending your creatures towards your opponent, their planeswalkers, and/or battles they defend in the declare atackers step turn based action of declaring attackers.
