This happens randomly to me approximately 1/15 matches which in the volume I play presents a dramatic impact on win expectation for game 2. It is also easily exploitable for competitive (I.e. Arena championship qualifiers for non standard/limited formats.)

The bug specifically occurs when resolving the etb ability on lotus field. If the opponent concedes with the ability on the stack everything is fine. if the opponent concedes while I am picking which lands to sacrifice the game gets stuck in the "victory" screen and gives me no options to proceed to sideboarding in bo3. the client catches up after the opponent is done sideboarding or when my sideboarding timer runs out (not sure on this one).
