ygra cat/cat combo running out of rope
Cat/Cat + Ygra combo running out of rope.
I play a lot of Jund Sac in explorer, the client always recognized the loop and left you repeat it no matter how long it would take to win, never once I got a rope warning before.
Today I was playing against a white lifegain deck and I assembled the combo and I could not finish my opponent because I ran out of rope, something it should not happen.
-My opponent played a skycleave aparition on my scavenger's talent (on level two).
-I had an Ygra in play and a cat in the GY with two foods and one treasure.
-I sacked the two foods (you can respond to your own triggers) and the treasure, I managed to mill one cat.
-I started comboing with the opponent's skycleave aparition exile ability in the stack and one black mana floating.
-During the combo loop, cat sacs cat then drains for one life then mills two cards from opponent, my rope appeared and was consumed really fast nearly two ropes in total.
-I managed to leave opponent at 4 lives, and had to pass priority to not lose all the remaining rope, then at the end of the turn when I tried to start the combo again I basically ran out of rope incredibly fast, the client did not recognize my combo and lost the rope and the turn.
-I managed to beat my opponent the following turn, but this is not something that ever happened to me before, you should be able to finish the combo without the client consuming your rope.
