During a game of Tarkir's quick draft event, when playing adventure cards, once a spell was played, the revealed cards did not appear at the side of the hand, making it impossible to play them.

This obviously created a fade that I was unable to overcome, causing me to lose the game and the draft.

This has happened to me twice now in two seperate games and once to my opponent as well. It seems whenever I (or my opponent) casts the adventure side of a spell the card then gets shuffled back into the library for some reason. It is not exiled and the other side cannot be cast. This happened to me twice while playing a Tarkir Dragonstorm Sealed game.
