"Dies to Doom Blade" appears bugged
The "Dies to Doom Blade" achievement says it's for destroying creatures you control over any number of games, but it seems to count only one creature per match. I have a creature killer deck that regularly kills many creatures in a match and each time this happens, the count shown for the "Dies to Doom Blade" achievement only increases by 1.

After being stuck at 248 for a week, it finally dawned on me that you need to actually cast spells with the word "Destroy" in them for this achievement.
