"Tribute to Horobi"/"Echo of Death's Wail"
I had a "Tribute to Horobi" flip over to "Echo of Death's Wail". The untapped 1/1 Rat Rogue tokens then had summoning sickness on my side of the board, even though they were not new tokens.

Doesn't matter how long a creature has been on the battlefield. What does matter is wether you controlled the creature continuously since your most recent turn began. Thus creatures become summoning sick again when changing controllers. Red's temporary control change effects give haste for exactly that reason.
