New Way Forward

The card "New Way Forward" doesnt appear to be working with instants/sorceries. Selecting a spell on the stack (Like Narset's Rebuke) did not prevent damage at all, nor the other effects took place. Happened in two out of three games, a third time targeting a creature worked. Resulted in quick game and premier draft loss.

happened to me as well, while not a bug, can the they add an "are you sure" warning to the card? Terrible gameplay experience if this happens.

Reading the card helps. It can only prevent damage to YOU, it cannot help your creatures.
