Come back wrong
During my first main phase when I cast “Come Back Wrong” and I destroy one of my opponents untapped creatures without summoning sickness, MTG Arena does not allow me to attack with that creature. I believe this is an error.

No error. The creature is summoning sick, and thus can't attack.
Note, that the creature you got is not the creatue your opponent has controlled befofre you destroyed it. The card left the battlefield and became a new object. Then it entered the battlefield and became a new object again. Any creature you control, that you did not control continuously since your most recent turn began, is summoning sick. This goes for normal control change effects as well. Hence why red's temporary control change effects grant haste.
