Steps to reproduce:
1. Control both [[Venerated Rotpriest]] and [[Taigam, Master Opportunist]]
2. Cast any spell (e.g. [[Defend the Rider]]’s protection mode) targeting Rotpriest as your second spell in a turn.
3. Taigam and Rotpriest trigger off the initial cast: the opponent gets a poison counter, and the original spell is copied, exiled, and suspended as expected.
4. THE ISSUE: At this point, the Rotpriest becomes the target of the copied spell, but does not trigger when it should! According to several magic judges I asked, this is no different than [[Leyline of Resonance]] spell copies being able to re-trigger rotpriest, so I am confident this is indeed a bug and not my misunderstanding of the rules.
