Suddenly returned to main menu during a match
I am regularly experiencing a bug on PC where I am suddenly returned to the main menu screen during a match. It can happen right away at hand selection or after several turns of normal gameplay. While at the main menu, the music from the match I was just kicked from continues playing. Queueing up again does not return me to game but starts a new match. During that new match, I hear the previous match's music as well as the current match's music. I have found that I can return to game I was kicked from if I quickly exit and restart the client immediately after being kicked. Sometimes if the restart is not fast enough it results in me missing turns. This is especially frustrating during draft events where I have spent resources to play and every turn counts.
Happened again a few days later. Took the log before I restarted to hop back into the game. Uploaded log from this instance as well.

This has been an ongoing issue for at least a year. In adition to restarting the game, you can also mute the music audio and then start a match. After the conclusion (win, lose, or draw) turn the music back on while in the menu, and the issue should be gone.

Ran into this multiple times attempting to do Premier Draft and Sealed Final Fantasy events over the past couple days. Using an Android and the "Capture Log" button isn't producing any file for me.
