Unable to get collection on login
It's been a couple of days now, almost all people in Italy with TIM as a provider have huge problems logging in, getting the classic "unable to get collection" when trying to log in. We are not talking some secondary ISP here, TIM is the MAIN ISP in Italy, so a huge portion of people has not been able to play since yestarday. Streamers had to susped torunaments or streams, people on Easter holiday that could play MTG for once couldn't.
I've been putting some significant money in the game lately and I wanted to play a lot during my vacations, this has not been possible. How does WotC intend to fix this issue and repay players for the time lost?
