Karakyk Guardian Permanent Hexproof
I was just playing a premier draft event on Arena on PC in which my opponent played a Karakyk Guardian. Despite dealing damage to me multiple times and even to a creature I controlled when I attacked knowing the Guardian would block in a desperate attempt to resolve the bug, the Guardian never lost hexproof. This was incredibly frustrating because I had a kill spell + sage of the skies and the mana to cast both in my hand. The guardian was my only issue. It's not positive that I would have won the game if the bug didn't exist, but I think it was pretty likely.
