Overcharged for gems

Sorry, I can’t find any other way to file this complaint on your site. I’ve been buying the $19.99 gem deal but I’ve been apparently getting charged $39.98 each time. It’s happened at least five times I can see. Can someone help me?

    I played a FF draft just as the server went down , I was up 6-2 and didnt get any gems ?
