too much top-decking
One unintended consequence I've noticed of the current "games decided by turn 4" meta is in the rare occurrence that a game is undecided by turn 4, more often than not, the remainder of the "late game" ends up being mutual top-decking as everyone's used up their "power plays" to try and end the game earlier.
The exceptions being green-green and dragon mirrors where the former had (rare) near-peer ramp and the latter have just-now "setup shop".
Top decking is not fun. Mutual top-decking is even less fun.
